Winter field and sand bedded barn livery - horses are free to be inside our outside as they choose in the harsh winter months.  WE DO NOT ENDORSE NOR RECOMMEND HORSES ARE CONFINED IN A BARN IN ANY QUANTITY.  WE GUARANTEE THAT 'SOCIAL' CONFINEMENT TO A BARN WILL RESULT IN INJURY. THEREFORE REST ASSURED, YOUR HORSE WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO CHOOSE TO BE IN.. OUR OUT
  2. Remaining seasons turnout in electric fenced, post and railed, naturally sheltered fields with good land per horse ratio
  3. Top quality forage including hay and haylage in winter - excellent for those prone to weight loss in winter
  4. Quality Hard feed in winter if required
  5. Rugging up/double rugging in winter with rugs provided by owner as the seasons dictate
  6. Sun cream and fly spray applied by us at owners provision
  7. Regular grooming
  8. Minor cuts and grazes cleaned and treated
  9. Supplements and medications given by us as required at owners provision
  10. 24/7 Veterinary cover by local equine vet - horses registered with our vet
  11. Fields rotated, harrowed and poo-picked
  12. Troughs cleaned regularly
  13. Routine feet trimming by qualified farrier
  14. Strict worming programme provided and administered by us
  15. Yearly worm counts
  16. Routine yearly dentistry by qualified EDT and VET
  17. Staff available to provide assistance with additional non-routine visits (vet, farrier, dentist etc)*
  18. Staff available to provide for additional/complex needs/treatments etc and/or additional customer requests*
  19. Remaining seasons 24/7 turnout in line with the grass luxury livery service
  20. 24/7 On site resident supervision with CCTV around the whole farm
  21. Full public liability and employers liability cover held
  22. A highly professional, well managed, high level of service
  23. Rugs sent off for cleaning/repairing etc at owners request *
